Veronica seed can be started indoors 4 – 6 weeks before the last expected frost. Press the seeds into the soil but do not cover them as they need light for germination. Keep the seed moist until germination. With a temperature of 65F, germination is usually within 10-18 days.
3.Sowing Rate: 6 - 7 seeds per plant or approximately 1000 seeds covers 20 square feet. Veronica seed can also be started directly in the garden after frost danger has passed. Prepare a seedbed by loosening soil and weeding. Plants should be spaced 10 inches apart.
